Defects
We guarantee all our products to be free from manufacturing defects. However, we will not honor claims including but not limited to; wear and tear from any items intended use, damage due to negligence, accidental incidents or alterations in any way. Curve Industries is the deciding factor in honoring any claim.
Dissatisfaction
Upon receiving your package, if you are in any way dissatisfied prior to use, return it to us neatly in the original packaging for a full refund minus shipping and handling.
Discrepancy
If we sent you an item in error or did not accurately fulfill your order per your transaction receipt, at our discretion, we will provide a pickup form for the package and send you the correct item.
